Engineering and Design
Do you need a fixture, gauge, rack, or piece of equipment designed and fabricated? Morehead Machining has the answer to your needs. We can design and build assembly fixtures, weld fixtures, machining fixtures, check gauges, locating and nesting fixtures, parts racks for your material handling needs, and sheet metal guards and chutes. We have designed and fabricated all of these items for the automotive industry, manufacturing industry and the food processing industry. Currently, we utilize SolidWorks and MasterCAM as our CAD software.

Bend Fixture This is a dedicated fixture for bending 3/8" steel rod. We produced this bent rod by the 100's for one of our customers.
